Village management, Village Clerk, and resident services.
The Administration Department supports the Village Board and coordinates the work of all Village departments. It includes the Village Administrator's office, the Village Clerk's office, communications, human resources, and resident services.
Village Administrator
The Village Administrator is the chief administrative officer of the Village, responsible for implementing Board policy, preparing the annual budget, and managing day-to-day operations.
Village Clerk
The Village Clerk is the official record-keeper for the Village, prepares Board meeting agendas and minutes, processes FOIA requests, and administers elections and licensing.
Communications & resident services
Administration manages the Village website, social media, e-newsletter, and resident outreach. It is also the first point of contact for residents who are not sure which department can help.
