The Comprehensive Plan is the Village's long-range guide for physical growth and development through 2040. It was adopted by the Village Board in 2023 after extensive public input.

How the plan is used
The Village Board, Plan Commission, and staff use the Comprehensive Plan to guide decisions on rezonings, subdivisions, capital projects, and operating priorities. The plan is reviewed annually and updated as conditions change.
