Incentives
The Village considers sales tax sharing, property tax abatement, and TIF assistance on a case-by-case basis for projects that meet defined public benefit thresholds. Contact the Village Administrator to discuss your project.
Available sites
Shovel-ready commercial and industrial sites are available along Route 72, Galligan Road, and the Big Timber Road corridor. The Village can connect prospects with property owners and brokers.
